Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At RIVAT, we want to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience. Here are the steps and conditions to make a return, exchange or refund.


General Return Conditions

  • Withdrawal period:
    You have 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

    Exception : For orders placed in December, the deadline is extended to 30 days .

  • Product status:
    Returned products must be new , not worn and in their original condition (no use in training or in situation).
    In the event of non-compliance with the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

    Note : Socks, bras and compression products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


Return Fees

  • For a refund:
    Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For an exchange:

    • In Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) : Free return (return label provided).
    • In other regions or countries: Return costs to be borne by the customer.

How to Make a Return?

  1. Access your customer area:
    Log in to your account on www.rivatshop.com and go to the section "My Orders" .

  2. Make a return request:
    Select the order in question and follow the instructions to make a request, specifying whether it is a refund or an exchange (in this case, please specify the product and the desired size). You will receive an email as soon as your request is approved.

  3. Prepare your package:
    Pack the products in their original box intact , with labels , accessories , and notices included.

  4. Return the product:

    • If your return is a exchange in mainland France , a prepaid return label will be provided to you.

    • For a refund or return outside metropolitan France , the return costs are your responsibility. Send the package to the following address:

Important : Once your return request is approved, you have 7 days to return the products.


Refund

  • Refund period:
    Once your return has been validated by our teams, the refund will be made under 14 days maximum . You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

    Note : Initial delivery charges are not refunded.

  • Returns outside the European Union:
    The refund will be made upon receipt and validation of the returned products. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Important Notes

  • Products that do not meet the conditions (new condition, unworn, unmodified) will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • RIVAT reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these rules.
