General Return Conditions
Withdrawal period
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. After this period, the delivery is considered satisfactory, except in the case of a defective product.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For any return of goods, exchange of size or request for refund, the return costs must be paid by you. In the event of a return, please note that the products must be new, unworn and in their original condition, without alteration (no trying on in training or in situation).
Return Procedure

Access the customer area : Log in to your account on our website www.rivatshop.com and go to the “My Orders” tab.

Request a return : Select the order in question and request a return directly from this space. You will receive an email as soon as the return is approved.

Preparing the package : Pack the products in their original intact box, with all labels, accessories and instructions.

Returning the product : The return is at your expense. Please ship it, with the carrier of your choice, to the following address:

Important Notes:
- Returned products must be in perfect condition, unworn, and must not have undergone any modifications.
- In the event of non-compliance with the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
- Once the return request is approved, you will have 7 days to return the product(s) to us.
Size exchange
For a first size exchange, we will cover the cost of reshipping the new shipment. The return costs remain your responsibility. If you request a refund after a second exchange, the return costs of the second shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund
Refund period
Once your return has been validated by our teams, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days following the date of your withdrawal request. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the banking establishment.
Postage costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product. Initial delivery costs are not refunded.
Return conditions outside the European Union
For returns made outside France and the European Union, the refund will be made upon receipt and validation of your return. The return costs will also be at your expense.
